You can use spamcop.net to report spam email to the appropriate postmasters and the spammers' email accounts will be terminated (hopefully.)

You can also reduce junk mail by a lot, reduce junk phone calls by some, and reduce spam emails by an infinitesimal amount by contacting the Direct Marketing Association.
